General description | GigaWatt Circuit Breaker G-C16a 2-pole
The GigaWatt G-C16A 2P is a 2-pole installation circuit breaker that provides additional protection against overloading in electrical circuits. Designed for use with GigaWatt LC-Y EVO cables and power distribution boards, this switch is tested to DIN EN 60934 and EN 60934 standards.
A notable feature is its increased resistance to high inrush currents, which is especially useful when operating power-intensive audio and video equipment. The switch ignores fast peak loads and turns off only when safe values are exceeded.
The housing is made of black phenol-formaldehyde resin, which provides strength and resistance to fire and heat. Internal components, such as the thick copper coil and silver contact elements, minimize resistance and loss.
Installation on a standard DIN rail is easy, with connections for bare wire or spade connectors. The construction prevents inadvertent contact with live parts.
