Description
The Brocksieper Arabeske is a loudspeaker that combines craftsmanship and high-quality components. With a 32 cm chitin bass, a 17 cm chitin midrange driver and a Thiel ceramic tweeter, this speaker delivers precise and dynamic sound reproduction. A specially developed supertweeter provides an extended frequency response, which is especially evident with SACD material. The design focuses on realistic time reproduction, reproducing pulses faithfully. The Arabeske is a passive speaker by default, but can be upgraded with a tube-active filter for active amplification. The slim design is maintained by the lateral placement of the subwoofer. With a sensitivity of 91 dB and a frequency range of 29 Hz to 30 kHz, the Arabeske offers an impressive listening experience.
Brocksieper has been developing and manufacturing electronic devices with an emphasis on tube technology since 2001. The founder, Michael Brocksieper, has been involved in amplifier development since 1985. Production takes place entirely in our own workshop in Germany, with all components assembled and tested by hand. The enclosures and components are developed and manufactured in cooperation with local suppliers. High-quality materials are chosen for production, including aluminum and stainless steel. Since 2002, the company has used a modular concept, where devices contain interchangeable modules. Brocksieper uses only discrete components and avoids the use of opamps. Each device is shipped only after extensive quality control and individual measurement. Operations include circuit development as well as the design and finishing of enclosures.
