Bricasti was founded in 2004 by Brian Zolner and Casey Dowdell. The company is based in Shirley, Massachusetts, United States. Bricasti develops and manufactures digital audio equipment, including reverb processors and digital-to-analog converters (DAC). Production takes place in-house, using CNC-machined aluminum enclosures. All electronic components are manufactured and assembled in the United States. Bricasti focuses on application within professional environments, and their first product, the M7 Stereo Reverb Processor, was introduced in 2007. The company uses proprietary algorithms for signal processing, which are developed in-house. Power supplies and analog circuits are also designed in-house.
