The sound is friendly and open, with a slight emphasis on the bass. The stereo image is slightly less wide and deep, so details are closer together. This results in a pleasant but less detailed listening experience.

The AudioQuest Rocket 22 Full-Range 2.5-meter speaker cable with silver banana plugs is designed to provide clear and accurate sound reproduction. The cable uses a combination of Perfect-Surface Copper (PSC) and Long-Grain Copper (LGC) conductors, which helps minimize signal distortion and improve clarity. The semi-solid concentric construction ensures consistent conductor position, contributing to cleaner sound. The dual spiral-pair geometry lowers inductance, resulting in improved frequency response across the spectrum. The cable features silver banana plugs for a reliable connection.

The AudioQuest Rocket 22 Full-Range is designed with a focus on sound purity and low distortion. The cable design uses Long-Grain Copper (LGC) and Solid Perfect-Surface Copper (PSC) conductors for smoother, clearer sound. Dual Star-Quad geometry minimizes interference. The jacket is made of rugged material for flexibility and durability. Development by AudioQuest's in-house team led by Bill Low.
AudioQuest was founded in 1980 by William E. Low in California, United States. The brand began by hand assembling cables according to specific design methods based on minimizing distortion. AudioQuest has since developed a product line that includes interlink cables, speaker cables, digital and network cables, mains products and portable accessories. The company has stuck to the use of directional cables and solid core conductors from the beginning. In 2012, AudioQuest introduced the DragonFly, a USB DAC. Product development takes place in the United States, while some manufacturing is done in China and elsewhere. AudioQuest applies a philosophy where material selection, geometry and finish have a direct impact on cable performance.
