General description
The Ansuz Darkz S2T is a resonance control device designed to absorb unwanted vibrations in your audio system. Using stainless steel discs and titanium balls, the Darkz S2T creates a natural and organic soundstage, reproducing musical details more clearly and dynamically.

The construction consists of three stainless steel discs, CNC-milled for optimum stability, with titanium balls in between that provide effective vibration damping. This combination contributes to holistic sound reproduction and improved stereo imaging.

Background information
Ansuz Darkz S2T is designed to minimize unwanted resonances in high-end audio systems. Designed by the engineers at Ansuz Acoustics, the S2T uses carefully selected materials, including titanium and a special alloy for optimal damping. These materials are selected based on their acoustic properties and come from leading suppliers. The unique shape and construction provide optimized vibration control. Manufacturing processes are high-tech and combine traditional craftsmanship with modern techniques, resulting in a product that enriches sound reproduction.
Brand history
Ansuz was founded by Lars Kristensen and Michael Børresen. The brand is based in Aalborg, Denmark. Product development takes place within a specialized facility where design, testing and assembly are carried out by a permanent team. In its products, Ansuz applies cable technologies such as D-TC (Direct Transfer of Charge), among others, as well as methods aimed at reducing mechanical resonance and electrical noise. All components are designed, manufactured and assembled in Denmark. Product lines include cable series and accessories, with variations in conduction techniques and material compositions such as copper and silver. The construction of connectors and conductor elements follows established design principles that vary by product line.

CD

The Compact Disc (CD), like most inventions, did not appear out of thin air. After the invention of the laser in 1958, the first patent for optically readable disks was filed in 1961. The first digital video records were introduced in 1972. After a flop by Philips, the manufacturer, together with Sony, released the first CD in 1979. We do not know what it contained, but in 1982 the first CD was released for the market, it was the album Visitors by ABBA. In this year the first player became available and so began the elimination of the LP from the market. Many have literally thrown their LPs in the trash… we still see some visitors being disappointed when they tell us this.
