On used audio, we are pleased to offer our unique 12-month extended warranty. In case of failure, we are happy to let our own technician diagnose and fix the problem. Rob is a highly qualified engineer/product designer. We asked him within our team so that we can provide good and smooth technical service at a very high level. Furthermore, we are in good contact with importers and manufacturers worldwide, which makes it easy for us to have necessary information and/or spare parts at our disposal.
Damages to products due to overloading are clearly traceable and are not covered by our warranty. Should something like this happen, please report it quietly, it’s annoying enough, we are always happy to think about a good and appropriate solution. Above all, audio should be fun.
