Background information
The Sphinx Project 2 MK2 was developed by Frank Akkermans, founder and chief designer of Sphinx. Built according to a dual-mono design, the amplifier uses Class A scales combined with MOSFET technology for natural and dynamic reproduction. Internally, high-quality discrete components and shortest signal paths have been chosen. The enclosure is made of thick aluminum with a mechanically decoupled chassis for minimal resonance.
