General description | Atoll IN 100 SE
This integrated amplification system delivers 2 x 100 W at 8 Ω and 2 x 140 W at 4 Ω. It features five RCA inputs: AUX, CD, TUNER, TAPE (with monitoring loop) and DVD. There are also two pre-outputs for bi-amping or connecting a subwoofer, a by-pass input for use as a power amplifier, a 6.35 mm headphone jack and a 12V trigger output. Optional options include a phono module (P50 for MM or P100 for MM/MC) and a digital board with Bluetooth receiver, coaxial and optical inputs, and a USB-B input for PCM and DSD. The system has a 4 mm brushed aluminum front panel, a 1.5 mm steel chassis and an ALPS motorized potentiometer. The dimensions are 440 x 90 x 300 mm and the weight is 11 kg.

The Atoll IN100 SE was designed with a focus on musicality and purity. Engineers Stéphane and Emmanuel Dubreuil, co-founders of Atoll, emphasize symmetrical circuitry with discrete components, without opamps. The power supply is generously sized with a 670 VA toroidal transformer and quality capacitors. Components such as amplifier transistors are selected for sound. The enclosure is solid steel with brushed aluminum front, with internal wiring that minimizes mechanical interference. Everything is handmade in France.
