The Rega Osiris is an integrated amplifier known for its high-quality performance and solid construction. With a dual-mono design and CNC-machined aluminum housing, the Osiris offers powerful and accurate sound reproduction. The amplifier is designed with a minimalist approach, where a passive volume control and a single gain stage between the input and the speakers ensure a short and clean signal path. This results in unparalleled sound quality and build quality. The Osiris is equipped with four line inputs and one balanced XLR input, offering flexibility in connecting different audio sources. The power supply consists of two specially designed 400 VA toroidal transformers, combined with high-quality capacitors, providing enough current to drive even the most demanding speakers. The Osiris is designed to be the perfect partner for other components in Rega’s reference series, such as the Isis CD player and the Aura MC phono preamplifier. <\/span><\/div>\n

The Rega Osiris is a premium integrated amplifier designed without compromise. Developed by the Rega team led by Roy Gandy, with the goal of maximum musical transparency. The enclosure is milled from a single solid block of aluminum for optimal vibration damping. Only audio-specific quality components are used, with internally discrete circuits, no opamps. Everything is built entirely in England by hand. <\/span><\/div>\n
Brand history<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
Rega was founded in 1973 by Roy Gandy, a mechanical engineer with a passion for music and vinyl records. Gandy began building turntables as a hobby, applying his engineering knowledge to create high-precision equipment. The name “Rega” is a combination of the first two letters of his first name and last name. <\/p>\n

In the early years, Gandy worked from a small workshop and produced the first turntables with limited resources. The brand gradually gained recognition in specialized circles for its attention to detail and high quality standards. Rega remained true to manufacturing in the United Kingdom, with a focus on craftsmanship. <\/p>\n
